Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The agency reserves the right to change the order of the programme.
Pick-up in Plovdiv requires at least 5 passengers booked to board there.
Travel documents: Bulgarian citizens need a valid, undamaged identity card issued with a validity period of no more than 10 years, or a valid ordinary passport. Visa-free tourist stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period are permitted. The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends a passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity; this is a recommendation, not a universal mandatory requirement. Children must have their own valid travel document. When a child travels with one parent or another accompanying adult, notarised consent from the parent or parents who are not travelling, or an applicable alternative document, must be prepared. Under the programme’s organisational requirements, the consent declaration must be carried as an original plus 2 copies. Document and visa requirements for citizens of other countries are checked individually.
Every item in the coach luggage compartment must carry a sticker with the owner's name. Unlabelled luggage is not accepted in the compartment. The agency is not responsible for stolen or lost belongings.
For a shared group on an advertised departure date: a minimum of 30 participants is required. If this minimum is not reached, travellers will be notified 2 days before departure. The departure on 17 October 2026 is awaiting confirmation. A 30% discount is advertised for BART members on the scheduled group dates; the applicable conditions are confirmed at booking. The discount does not apply to the private group calculation.
For a private group: send an enquiry with your preferred date, vehicle and actual number of travellers. The 30-person minimum does not apply to private groups. The calculation is indicative and includes an estimated insurance budget of €1.02 per traveller. The actual premium based on age, availability and final price are confirmed by the agency after your enquiry. Road tolls and the specific route are also clarified and confirmed by the agency in the final quotation.
For private groups: The road toll budget covers Bulgaria. Any road tolls in Türkiye are not included in the indicative calculation and will be specified in the final quotation once the route is confirmed.
