Day 1
FIRST DAY — 30.12.2026: 00:05 — departure from Varna, Antim I Street (in front of the Archaeological Museum). Stops in Shumen (in front of Shumen Hotel) at 01:30 and Veliko Tarnovo (in front of South Bus Station) at 03:30 for passengers wishing to board there. Travel via Sofia - Blagoevgrad - Thessaloniki - Athens. Arrival in Athens in the evening. Check-in. Evening walking tour of Plaka, Athens’s old town, picturesquely located at the foot of the Acropolis. Overnight.
Note: departure times may change (departure may be about an hour earlier). This is confirmed separately for each group; passengers are informed of the exact departure time 7 days before the tour’s starting date.
Day 2
SECOND DAY — 31.12.2026: Breakfast. Athens sightseeing with a Bulgarian-speaking guide: panoramic city tour — Omonia Square, Panepistimiou Street with the beautiful neoclassical buildings of the National Library, University and Academy of Sciences, Syntagma Square with Parliament, Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Zeus and the ancient Olympic stadium. Acropolis visit (admission supplement: 27 € / 52.81 BGN for adults aged 25–65; free for children and young people up to 24; 16 € / 31.29 BGN for persons over 65). Free time in the city centre or optional visit to the new Acropolis Museum with a Bulgarian-speaking guide, supplement 17 € / 33.25 BGN per person, booked and paid in advance in Bulgaria, rather than locally. This includes a guided commentary in Bulgarian inside the museum and excludes the admission fee of 20 €, payable additionally on site. The visit requires at least 15 participants. The archaeological museum was created to gather in one place all artefacts found on the Acropolis, from the Bronze Age through the Roman and Byzantine periods. Around 4000 exhibits are displayed over 14 thousand square metres. Optional New Year’s dinner (supplement). Overnight.
Day 3
THIRD DAY — 01.01.2027: Breakfast. Free time in Athens or optional full-day excursion to the Peloponnese peninsula, supplement 45 € / 88 BGN for adults and 37 € / 72.37 BGN for children and young people up to 17 (booked and paid in Bulgaria, rather than locally; minimum 20 participants; includes transport and Bulgarian-speaking guide services, excludes museum admission). The excursion includes crossing the Corinth Canal, photo stops at the Corinth Canal and Mycenae, and sightseeing in Nafplio, an ancient town picturesquely located on the Argolic Gulf, the first capital of the Greek state after liberation. Overnight.
Day 4
FOURTH DAY — 02.01.2027: Breakfast. Departure via Athens - Thessaloniki - Sofia - Varna. Late-evening arrival in Varna with intermediate stops in Veliko Tarnovo and Shumen.

IMPORTANT: For overnight stays in Greece, tourists must pay city tax of 3 € per room per night in 3-star hotels, 4 € per room per night in 4-star hotels and 5 € per room per night in 5-star hotels. The tax is paid personally at hotel reception before departure and is not included in the package prices in this catalogue. It applies to both individual and organised travel, and is charged by hotels, apartments and studios. Hotels reserve the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who refuses to pay.

Contract conditions
Payment: booking requires a deposit of 30% of the coach package price and a package travel contract. The full remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the announced departure date.
Cancellation fees:
If cancelled by 18:00 on the second working day after this contract is concluded, no cancellation fee is due if the contract was concluded more than 65 days before departure (provided this does not conflict with the airline’s cancellation terms where flight tickets have been purchased).
From 18:00 on the second working day after concluding this contract until 65 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 20% of the package price in euros.
65–31 days before departure: 30% of the package price in euros.
30–21 days before departure: 50% of the organised trip price in euros.
20 days or less before departure: 99% of the organised trip price in euros.
Minimum participants: all coach tours require at least 25 tourists. If this minimum is not met, the tour operator may cancel the trip, refunding all package payments in full without owing additional compensation. The operator must notify travellers of cancellation in accordance with Article 89(7)(1) of the Tourism Act.
The coaches used are Mercedes, Scania, Setra, Volvo, Iveco, MAN, Neoplan, VDL, Bova and Van Hool, equipped with air conditioning, video, coffee machine and minibar, and licensed for international passenger transport. Everyone must wear the seat belt at their seat while travelling.
Medical insurance is available at a supplement of 1.25 € per person per day up to age 64, 2.50 € per person per day for ages 65–74, and 5.00 € per person per day for persons over 74. The policy provides total cover of 15 000 EUR with assistance, covering medical costs arising from accidents or acute illness, medical transport and repatriation.
The tour operator offers Trip Cancellation insurance covering the traveller’s costs of terminating the package travel contract.
The tour is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
Passport and visa requirements: a valid ID card is used for travel to EU countries and Serbia, Macedonia, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland. For all other countries an international passport valid at least 6 months after return is required.
Owing to unstable fuel prices, which rise constantly and unpredictably, a fuel supplement may be introduced. Booked clients will be informed immediately if one becomes necessary.
