Day-by-day itinerary

08:30 – departure from Sofia, Serdika Bus Station, by coach to Razlog.

Walk through Razlog and visit the Historical Museum in Parapunov House, near the central square. The exhibition presents local Bulgarian National Revival history, along with representations of the solar and lunar calendars. Museum admission is paid for separately.

Free time for lunch at your own expense. If time allows, you may choose to walk to the fulling mill on the Yazo River in the western part of town.

Travel on the Rhodope narrow-gauge railway from Razlog to Velingrad, a journey of approximately 3 hours. Enjoy mountain views of Pirin and the Rhodopes, passing Avramovo station at an altitude of 1,267 metres.

Return by coach from Velingrad to Sofia, with arrival expected at around 19:00. Times and journey duration are approximate and depend on the railway timetable. The agency may change the order of the programme.
