Day 1
06:00 depart from Sofia Central Bus Station, sector 43; boarding starts 05:30. Stops: 07:00 Shell Pazardzhik; 07:30 Plovdiv outside Trimontium hotel; 09:30 Haskovo Bus Station for passengers boarding there. Route Sofia–Istanbul–Bursa. Arrive in Bursa in late afternoon. Check-in. Panoramic coach tour of Bursa, the Ottoman Empire’s first capital. Overnight stay.
Day 2
Breakfast. Walking tour of central Bursa: Green Mosque, Ulu Cami, city walls and Koza Han, an architectural masterpiece and the Silk Road’s final stop. Visit Hüdavendigar Mosque, where beside Sultan Murad I’s tomb is the grave of Bulgarian princess Kera Tamara, sister of Tsar Ivan Shishman, sent to the sultan’s harem in an attempt by the Bulgarian crown to delay the Ottoman invasion. Free time for the city’s parks and gardens or mausoleums of the first Ottoman sultans. Late-afternoon departure for Istanbul. Evening arrival, check-in and overnight stay.
Day 3
Breakfast. Free day. Walking tour of old European Istanbul, formerly Constantinople, with Bulgarian-speaking guide: Sultanahmet Square, Hippodrome Square, Blue Mosque (outside), Yerebatan Saray (outside), Hagia Sophia (outside). Hagia Sophia may be visited independently: EUR 25, payable in Turkish lira. Conservative dress required: women must cover heads with a scarf or shawl, legs and shoulders; men may not enter in shorts. Optional afternoon Bosphorus boat trip with Bulgarian-speaking guide: BGN 50 / EUR 25,56 per person, minimum 25 bookings, booked and paid in Bulgaria, not locally. Optional dinner at Gar Gazino: BGN 70 / EUR 35,79 per person, BGN 38 / EUR 19,42 for children aged 7–11, free up to 6. Rich menu, unlimited local alcoholic and soft drinks, oriental dancing and orchestra playing evergreens. Overnight stay.
Day 4
Breakfast. Check out. Optional afternoon visit to Dolmabahçe with Bulgarian-speaking guide: BGN 29 / EUR 14,82 per person plus admission, booked and paid in advance in Bulgaria, not locally. Reservation and guide included; admission about EUR 30 paid locally in Turkish lira. Minimum 15 participants. Around 13:00 depart Istanbul–Edirne–Haskovo–Plovdiv–Sofia. Evening arrival at Sofia Central Bus Station.
Note: on Tulip Festival tours departing 04.04.2026 and 10.04.2026, the optional Dolmabahçe visit is not offered. Instead visit Emirgan Park, one of Istanbul’s finest, with countless beautiful tulips in April.

Contract terms
Payment: booking requires a deposit of 30% of the coach package price and a package travel contract. The remaining balance is payable no later than 30 days before the advertised departure date.
Cancellation fees:
• Cancellation by 18:00 on the second working day after conclusion of this contract: no cancellation fee if the contract was concluded more than 65 days before departure, provided this does not conflict with the airline’s cancellation terms for purchased tickets.
• From 18:00 on the second working day after conclusion of this contract until 65 days before departure: 20% of the package price in euros.
• From 65 to 31 days before departure: 30% of the package price in euros.
• From 30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the organised trip price in euros.
• 20 or fewer days before departure: 99% of the organised trip price in euros.
Minimum group: all coach tours require 25 tourists. If the minimum is not reached, the operator may cancel and refund all package payments in full, without additional compensation. The operator must notify travellers in accordance with Article 89, paragraph 7, point 1 of the Tourism Act.
Coaches used: Mercedes, Scania, Setra, Volvo, Iveco, MAN, Neoplan, VDL, Bova and Van Hool, with air conditioning, video, coffee machine and minibar, licensed for international passenger transport. Seat belts must be worn during travel.
Medical insurance costs extra: EUR 1,25 per person per day up to age 64; EUR 2.50 per person per day aged 65 to 74; EUR 5.00 per person per day over 74. Total cover EUR 15 000, with assistance, covering medical costs from accidents or acute illness, medical transport and repatriation.
The operator offers optional trip cancellation insurance covering the traveller’s costs of terminating the package travel contract.
The tour is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
Passport and visa requirements: a valid identity card is accepted for EU countries, Serbia, Macedonia, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland. Other countries require an international passport valid for at least 6 months after return.
Because fuel prices rise unpredictably, a fuel surcharge may be introduced. Booked customers will be informed immediately if this becomes necessary.
