PROGRAMME NOTES:

Travel contract: After booking, a travel contract is prepared and a deposit of €450 per person is payable. The full contract amount must be paid 30 working days before departure. Identity-card details and a copy of your international passport are required to prepare the contract.
Programme deposit: €450
Accommodation: The package price is per person sharing a double room. A single room carries a supplement. Triple occupancy is possible only in a shared room with one double bed plus an extra bed. Some hotels on the itinerary do not have rooms with three separate beds, so this arrangement cannot be guaranteed.
Payment: Cash or bank transfer. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. Cash payment is possible if the total does not exceed €5000. If the total exceeds €5000, payment must be made by bank transfer.
The minimum number of participants required for the package to operate is 10. If a group of 10 is not formed, a supplement applies, determined by the number of participants on the programme.
The deadline for possible cancellation of the contract before the package begins, if the minimum number of participants has not been reached, is 20 days before departure.

FLIGHT INFORMATION:
DAY 1 – Meet at Sofia Airport, Terminal 2, at 08.00. Sofia–Istanbul flight at 10.00 with Turkish Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul at 11.25.
DAY 5 – Istanbul–Sofia flight at 19.25 with Turkish Airlines. Arrival at Sofia Airport at 20.45.

Airport–hotel–airport transfers (with a group of at least 10 people);
5 nights with breakfast and 5 dinners at a 3* hotel in Istanbul;
*Hotel check-in is between 14.00 and 16.00. Walking tour of Istanbul’s old town with a local Bulgarian-speaking guide;

Public transport tickets: tram or metro ticket – 15 Turkish lira;
Optional excursions and activities requiring advance booking and payment:
Evening tour of Istanbul (by coach with the tour operator’s representative) – €49 (minimum group of 15 people; a supplement applies for a smaller group) – Day 2;
Bosphorus boat trip (with a local Bulgarian-speaking guide) – €30 – Day 3;
Visit to Dolmabahçe Sarayı Palace and its Harem – €70 (minimum group of 15 people; a supplement applies for a smaller group) – Day 3;
Advance booking is required for Dolmabahçe Sarayı Palace. The €70 price includes transport, admission and a local Bulgarian-speaking guide.
Insurance: Medical and trip cancellation insurance are not included in the package price. You can purchase one of the policies listed below through us or arrange insurance elsewhere. Please note that medical insurance is compulsory when travelling abroad.
Bulstrad medical and travel insurance with €30 000 cover – €8 for people up to 64 years old and €12 for people aged 65–75.
Allianz medical insurance including COVID 19 protection
Allianz ‘Classic’ travel protection insurance, with cover up to €30 000. The premium is calculated according to trip duration and the customer’s age.
Allianz ‘Premium’ travel protection insurance, with cover up to €60 000. The premium is calculated according to trip duration and the customer’s age.
Allianz supplementary ‘Trip Cancellation Plus’ insurance, with cover up to €10 000 for trip cancellation or interruption. The premium is calculated according to the value of the trip.

Notes:
1. The traveller may terminate the contract at any time before the package begins, subject to payment of the applicable cancellation costs. Detailed information about cancellation fees is available in the GENERAL TERMS OF THE CONTRACT FOR
THE PROVISION OF TOURIST PACKAGES BY THE TOUR OPERATOR.
2. The tour operator may change the information in this document, provided that the traveller is informed of any changes to pre-contractual information clearly, understandably and visibly before the package travel contract is concluded. Detailed information about the scope of changes and the notification method is available in the GENERAL TERMS OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF TOURIST PACKAGES BY THE TOUR OPERATOR.
3. Flights listed in the programme are updated when the group is confirmed. This may change the itinerary on the first and second days and on the last two days. Please note that flight seats are allocated automatically by the airline’s system. Reserving specific seats carries an additional charge.
4. Baggage allowance: 23 kg of checked baggage and 7 kg of hand baggage.
5. The tour operator is not responsible if the customer misses the booking deadline. If an optional activity is requested during the trip and availability permits, its price is 40% higher than the published programme price. Optional excursion and activity prices are as of 15.03.2025 and may be updated.
6. Hotel classifications do not correspond to the hotel classification criteria in Europe. 7. If the airline changes airport taxes, the tour operator reserves the right
to adjust those taxes and consequently the tour price. In that case, the customer must pay the difference in airport taxes.
8. There are no compulsory immunisations or vaccinations.
9. The package price can be calculated for a different number of nights or for individual travel.
10. The tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
